Dear Sir/Madam, I am not getting any number bars data on May 2018 and July 2018 soybeans, wheat and corn. I am using SierraPackage 5 on CQG. Could you please let me know when those contracts will be added to SierraChart? Best regards, Nadya |

Update Sierra Chart to the current version following these instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Dear Sir/Madam, I followed your instructions but failed: intraday stock quotes of futures are not displayed for wheat, corn, soybeans (with expiration dates May 2018, July 2018). My Sierra Chart Versin is 1649. My actions are: FS--CORN FUTURES (F.US.ZCE)--May 2018 (F.US.ZCEK18)--OPEN INTRADAY CHART--DOWNLOAD FAILED |
