Stock Name field not displayed for Sierra Real Time

Only the Name field is not displayed and is blank. The other fields are fine. I think the problem started a couple of weeks ago. In the past when a field display problem happens I would just disconnect and connect to resolve. That does not work. I thought maybe it was because I was on an earlier version 1568, but when I upgraded to V1644 late Friday, the problem was still there. I also have the CQG WebAPI real time connection for futures and that Name field works fine. Not a big deal, but I would like to have the Stock symbol Name field working again soon. Thanks |

Some of the stock Name fields returned overnight after I did a Disconnect/Connect. There are many stock Names that remain blank so it was not fixed completely. All of the ETF's in my list and about half of the stocks are still blank. Example EFT symbols are SPY, QQQ, IWM, USO, GLD, GDX, GDXJ, SLV, UUP, TBT. Example blank company stock symbols are AAPL, FB, NFLX, AMZN, NVDA, SAND, AKG, RGLD. This is not a big deal with all considered but wanted to let you know that some symbol Names did return overnight. |
