no data on trial

iv sent the 5.00 and activated the trial but the the only data i get is when it updates the historical data.What else is required?thank you

After the 5 USD trial, the data feed is 25-35 USD per month plus the CME Globex exchange fee is 42 USD per month. All of this is clearly documented.

The exchange is activated: Activated 'CME, Globex only (For users without a trading account)' on account #1 on the Barchart system.
You can open the ES and NQ charts through File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-Indices. We do not think you want the SP futures because that is hardly traded anymore and the exchange fee is higher.
