=AVERAGE(IF(U4:AD5>SMALL(U4:AD5,3),U4:AD5)) Hi--any thoughts on why this wont work--suppose to use ctl-sh-enter in excel for an array but does not work in Sierra---pretty sure it is supported. Many thanks and have a great day! Cy |
