Unable to download tick data from iqfeed

been having this problem since yday evening... since i have been having this problem thought i would do a fresh install of sc 1024 and setup data/trade service setting on the default for iqfeed but reduced the max historical intraday days to 90 and set time zone to denver was able to download minute data for multiple symbols...charted them and they looked fine then switched data/trade service setting (iqfeed) to try to download tick data set max to 30days so limit the amount of data and changed storage time unit to 1tick and restarted sc and iqfeed open chartbook and choose 'edit> delete all data and download' ...i download no historical tick data and my chart just displays the current bar nothin beyond the current time... is there an issue with sc or iqfeed downloading tick data? i have been using sc for over a year now and never had this problem using or downloading tick data have sent message log for review |

i am aware of the limitation and this was also occuring last nite...also if i typed in a new contract i have never tracked and tried to download would give me only current data and then new data going forward but nothing historical with this new instance running this morning i had the same issue but would have to keep switching the data/trade service setup from tick to minute...once i had some minute in the database then i could do 'edit download data-intrday chart' and that would pull in some tick data...it seems like tryin to download fresh tick data was not workin? |

using 'edit> delete all data and download' would just bring me back to just current data and only capture new going forward...nothin historical

We see a problem in the latest version when downloading both Historical Minute and Tick data. We will correct this.
