Quoteboard Eurex Daily Change Blank

Daily Change and Daily Change% columns are blank on quoteboard today for Eurex futures FDAXZ7, FGBLZ7 etc.
Change From Open column is showing OK for these symbols.
I upgraded from v1615 to 1641 over weekend but will be surprised if that is the reason for problem as all CME contracts are showing Daily Change correctly on the quoteboard.
Data feed is Sierra. Eurex prices OK on Daily and Intraday charts.
Please advise

Also, those fields should not be blank but show perhaps 0 instead.

Quoteboard OK today.
Values were indeed 0.00 rather than blank. My mistake, apologies.

This issue is still with me in that for Eurex contracts the Daily Change is shown as 0.0 in Quote board and Quote spreadsheet. However it only occurs on Monday or the day after a market closure e.g. 27th Dec. Other days the info is correct. CME contracts show correct values on all days.
This is not a big issue as Daily charts already running for all contracts, so I pull the previous close and calculate %Change on an overview spreadsheet.
However all contracts were OK on Quote board prior to update from v1615, so from that point something changed within either Sierra or my setup.
Currently on v1659.

Did you notice this problem today? We did check earlier and did see a daily change price change value for the DAX futures on EUREX from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

This is not affected by the particular version you are running. That is not possible.

No problem today. As explained in #4 it only occurs after a day in which the Eurex market is closed. I would expected the next occurrence on Tuesday Jan 2nd.

Eurex net change fields are showing 0.0 today. Yesterday they were showing values which were incorrect.
Attached image of Quoteboard was taken a few minutes ago after I had logged off and back on. Please advise if you find a solution

We do see the Daily Price Change at the moment for the DAX with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. We are going to set up detailed logging for this and then we will contact Barchart about it.

We now have the logging in place. As soon as you notice a zero Daily Price Change let us know and we will provide the relevant information to Barchart unless we see it is something we can resolve from our side.

We do not need any further information. We have looked at the log and told Barchart what they need to do. They simply are not providing any prior day settlement price on Monday.

At this point there is nothing more we can do from our side.
