This error is from the trade service log. I don't seem to be experiencing any issues, but I did get this error 19 times today(placed 11 trades). What does this mean?

Thanks!

Trade Order Error: Parent price (84275.000000) is more than 25% different than original Attached order price (168350.000000). Attached Order not modified. Internal order ID: 1733 | 2013-09-11 14:50:33

This means the fill price for the parent order is not correct.

Hello,
Sorry, I don't understand your reply. How would the fill price not be correct? Is this something I've done wrong? I'm using market orders for most entries and a few exits; limits for most exits. I'm placing orders on the DOM. Like I said, I'm not experiencing any issues that I can see, but how could the fill price be wrong?

This means the server is giving a wrong fill price. We will run a test and see if we can duplicate the issue.

Actually, this may not be the server giving the wrong fill price. We are looking into it

Trade Order Error: Parent price (1750.000000) is more than 25% different than original Attached order price (174300.000000). Attached Order not modified. Internal order ID: 1153 | 2013-11-08 10:17:07

I am getting the error message above when entering orders from a chart. This is happening with AMP/TTNet Destination instance and IQFeed remote source instance.

When I add orders from the Trading DOM there is no error message.

As far as I can see the "Advanced Settings 2" Chart Settings, specifically, Real Time Price Multiplier (0.01) and Historical Price Multiplier (1) are the same in the Trading DOM and Chart.

I am using 1043 in both instances and have applied "Update From Server" in "Symbol Settings" in both instances of SC.

Make sure that Global Settings >> General Settings >> Use Non- Chart Data from Remote Instances is unchecked. It will have to be unchecked being IQ Feed data has a different decimal position compared to TT.

The other thing to check is to make sure the order prices are as you expect when the orders are submitted. Check them in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders.
