Ive had this problem randomly occur when using SC for order entry for OEC. It's rare and random but extremely frustrating. Is it possible for SC support to research a specific/individual trade problem or is it just "one of those software bugs" that I need to live with?

It is definitely not a bug on our side. There is definitely a reason for it and it would have to do with connectivity to the server or a problem on the OEC side. We need to see the lines for this order in the Trade Activity Log.
