How to Post a Message for Support

Candlestick bars not drawing bodies

On my historical data charts, the candlestick bars are drawing just the highs and lows, the bodies are being ignored. Does any one know why or how to fix? Thanks.

It is set to Candlestick Bars. I updated to the newest version of Sierra Chart last night and they were drawing like this today. I can send a screenshot, if needed. As I said, its only doing this on the Historical Data charts.

We can see the Open price for the bar is 0 and that is the problem. You should also see a zero for Open in Window >> Current Quote Window. Confirm if you do. Yes, I saw zero as well. I updated the symbol settings and it seems to have worked for all but one of the historical charts - The Daily chart. If I change it to a 2 Day chart, it looks fine.
