problem with spreadsheet study

I have set up 2 different charts of CL, one with a 5 minute time frame and the other with a 30 minute time frame. I have put a zigzag study on both with only the lines and the length of the line being displayed. I then set up 2 different spreadsheets one for each chart and put a spreadsheet study on both. The settings on both spreadsheets studies are identical. The data on the 5 minute spreadsheet shows all the data from the chart, the data on the 30 minute spreadsheet does not show the length of the zigzag line which is the one piece of data that I am looking for. I have deleted the 30 minute spreadsheet and set it up several time. I have tried reloading and recalculating the chart several times and the data for the length of the zigzag line does not show up on that spreadsheet like it does on the 5 minute spreadsheet.

Where the Zig Zag study Subgraph is being outputted to the Sheet, do you see a column named Zig Zag Line Length? There are not going to be nonzero values at each row in the Sheet. I understand that it only will print when there is a change. It is working fine on the 5 minute chart just not on the 30 minute chart with the exact same settings.
