Hello,

I just wonder - please find attached a snapshot of a footprint 5min down candle - you can see that the candle contains buy blocks from 161.72 to 161.68. How is it possible when the candle went just straight down? I could see on the DOM that those were sell blocks, how could they be reported as buy blocks on the chart?

This was a problem affecting the Gain Capital data feed only. Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here:

Software Download: Fast Update

After that re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

Hello,

I would just like to ask if there is any chance of looking at the issue again.
It still occasionally happens, see the screenshot from today. The red arrow shows to a block that was a Sell, while it is marked on the buy side of the footprint.
