Child Orders

When placing a bracket i can see the Child Orders associated with my open order. However after i receive a fill on my open order the child orders disappear and the bracket no longer exists. My trade is then naked.

Do you know of any settings that may cause this?

You can determine what happened through the Trade Activity Log:

However, if you look in the Trade >> Trade Service Log, do you see any error message for those particular orders? Refer to:
