Hello,

My goal is to highlight the value area of the TPO chart, but based on actual volume. I have attempted to add the study "volume value area lines" but this study does not seem to draw anything on the TPO chart. TPO Value Area Lines works fine but there is no option to base the output on actual volume (just like the TPO Chart study has).

You can add the Volume by Price study to the chart:

Yes thanks, I already have VbP there and the TPO study input is already set as you mentioned as well.

The limitation is that the TPO study will only extend the value area, so you cannot set up a "transparent fill to top/bottom" draw style.

The only way to get a box to paint on the TPO study itself, is by adding the TPO value area lines study and setting the draw style as described above. Inherently, the value area rectangle will only be based on the TPO and not volume.

The green rectangle is the TPO Value Area Line (70%)
The orange lines are the TPO study's value area (70%, based on volume).
