My AMP Futures account is being debited $20 a month for using Sierra Chart to access Rithmic. This is in addition to my regular monthly fee for using Sierra Chart. What is the reason for this fee?

This fee is from Rithmic. They started this about a year ago. They say this for the Rithmic API. It is not paid to us or received by us.
