currently I have IB and Infinity(Transact) respectively to two different instances. Only one updates at a time.

could you please explain how sc indicates the possibility of multiple data providers in multiple instances, but when it comes to your service I can only have your service and am obligated to pay for another connection even though I can receive data from another data provider? Something sounds wrong here.
