how to force sierra to download addl minute data from iqfeed?

i have an intrday chart that will not go past 07may2013 (prob max of tick?)...i even switched datafeed settings from tick to minute and have days back set to like 750...still wont force any update...i had this happen before but can not remember how i forced it to download |
