I looked over the logs and this is what looks important. Let me know if you need the full log. Also notice sierrachart.com was down yesterday. Was wondering if you are having server issue or if this is related to my internet. Thank you.

This most likely is due to an Internet connectivity problem but it is not necessarily on your side.

Also notice sierrachart.com was down yesterday
There was maintenance we were doing which was the reason for this. But this lasted no more than 20 minutes.

Your connectivity issue is clearly different.

This is a portion of the Message Log that you provided:

CTS Trading Wedbush - DTC | Connecting to the server ctsorders.sierracharts.com. Port 11095 | 2017-10-13 06:57:30
Error getting address info for ctsorders.sierracharts.com. Unknown Windows error code 11002. | 2017-10-13 06:57:50 *
DTC Client socket (943) | Initiating close of socket by core. | 2017-10-13 06:57:50
Error connecting to Data or Trading service. For help with this issue, press the 'Send For Analysis' button on this window. | 2017-10-13 06:57:50
Select 'File >> Disconnect' to prevent further connection attempts. | 2017-10-13 06:57:50

This particular error means:
This is usually a temporary error during hostname resolution and means that the local server did not receive a response from an authoritative server.

This clearly is an issue on your side.

We recommend that you restart your computer.
