Cannot install Sierra

Hi, I did a system refresh on my PC and am attempting to install Sierra Chart but it cant seem to connect to your server to download and install.

Here is the error log.

Usually this is going to be caused by a firewall on your computer. Disable whatever firewall software you are running other than the Windows firewall.
