Hi,
I'm currently using live LMAX DTS and cannot see any order / position in this window, any idea why?

In regards to Positions, this is explained here:

To see the current working orders, refer to:
Trading Information Windows: Trade Orders Window

Verify the LMAX account number here is correct:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php

Disable Trade Simulation Mode as explained here:
Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes

Try submitting an order, that is away from the market and will not fill. If it gets rejected, let us know the reject message in the Trade >> Trade Service Log.

It is possible the account number is not set up correctly on the LMAX side.
