Sierra/Rithmic Live trades executed still losing data feed

I use both Sierra and another platform execute thru other platform, i was informed by sierra tech weeks ago that Sierra would start seeing my live trades and then i would be able to stay connected to data feed thru Sierra. please research this for me. i have had 7 live trades still losing connection with Sierra. Many thx in advance,thoughts?

You are on version 1002 which will not detect this. You have to update to the current version with Help >> Download Current Version.
