Hi. I would like to know what causes the time and sales window to display trades as having occurred above the ask or below the bid? Thank you.

It is as it says. Agressive market orders above ask. Usually demonstrates slippage. This is due to fast moving market but often due to stops being taken out with stop runs and algos etc
