This really is difficult for us to resolve. The most likely reason for it has to do with the fact that this is a spread chart and depends upon data from other charts. And until those other charts are loaded, the values of the Spread study are going to be different which can trigger the Chart Drawing alert.

ALL the charts that the spread study is dependent on, are simultaneously running in the back ground within the same chartbook and same time frames.
So I am not sure if I understand your response. Is there any work around? Would a spread sheet do any better? It would be nice to eliminate the false positives. I have had several erroneous alerts today. Thank you

What we can do is test this Chartbook you are using for a day and see if we encounter an incorrect alert, to understand why it is happening. Attach the Chartbook following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile

If you can create a new Chartbook which only contains the charts that make up this particular Alert, then that is going to be helpful.

Ok Cart book is attached.. it is set up just with charts necessary to have chart with the spread. You can set alerts as you see fit ..I also notice when alert is set to change to blue when true.. that never occurs as well..even when getting a error alert. Thanks very much
