First, do not start a new thread. Post in the original support request/thread.

The basic problem is you need to set your computer's clock accurately.

Follow through the instructions here to do this:
Global Settings Menu: Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings menu)

I have followed every step outlined in this link already. Why is it so hard to talk to an actual person as with ninjtrader? Thanks for directing me to Sierra's instruction manual which I had already found on my own before attempting to resolve the issue through "Sierra's support board".

OK, so when you select Global Settings >> Set System Date-Time from Server, is there an error message displayed in the Window >> Message Log?

Provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We can use remote assistance to resolve this issue but this is just a basic issue of setting your computer clock. We first want to help you through this on the Support Board because this should not be difficult.

I agree, it shouldn't be difficult. I have already made sure that my clock is set appropriately and that daylight savings time is enabled. Both my computer and Sierra are set to Central Standard time.

You also need to be sure that the time zone setting in Windows is correct:

Also exit Sierra Chart and right click on the icon used to start it and select Run as Administrator. And enable Global Settings >> General Settings >> Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server.
