Hi, I'm using Rithmic data feed and my login credenials are correct. I'm trying to run SC off a 2nd desktop of mine. However, I get the attached error (in error log). What settings should I change in order to get my machine not to refuse the connection?

We see you are running Windows Vista and Rithmic does not support that operating system. That could be the problem.

It really is kind of hard to say exactly what the issue is due to the Rithmic software design.

We really do not recommend using Rithmic. You should look at using CQG or CTS:

The problem could also potentially be caused by a firewall running on that system.
