Using 1613 currently, but the problem has been there for months.
I assigned F1 to a different action than the default. This works about 10% of the time as intended by me, the other times it opens up a browser window with "https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=WorkingWithCharts.html&CAID="

Could you please fix this or let me know what should i do to remove this association with opening up the help window?

We do not think there is a way for us to work around this because this keyboard shortcut is handled at a lower level by the operating system to provide a "Help" event which Sierra Chart uses to navigate to the website pages.

In case someone searched for same.
I was able to map this shortcut from outside of Sierra Chart using a third party application.
One thing to keep in mind, if you run SC using administrative rights that application must also run with administrative rights, otherwise it will not work.

You can use sharpkeys to map F1 to other key such as F12 and then set Sierra to use F12 for the required function.
Whenever you press F1, it will be behaved as F12 by OS and so Sierra will react accordingly.
