Not able to enter orders

I was trying to enter real orders through DOM, but my orders went to simulation mode automatically when I've turn the simulation mode off. Please let me know how I can enter real orders, thanks! I've connected to my IB service and using SC Service data feed right now. One more question: Where can I set up the order quantity number preference on the trading DOM? right now they are 1 2 4 5 8. I would like to change them to 1 2 3 4 5. Thank you! |

You need to set Sierra Chart to connect to your Interactive Brokers account. Refer to the instructions here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions And you also need to change the symbols of the charts to match the Interactive Brokers symbols.
