cant open Sierra charts in Win10

I downloaded Sierra Charts on my Win10 computer and I cannot get it to open or uninstall.

Go to the folder you installed Sierra Chart to on that computer. Run the SierraChart.exe file. What do you see appear? And go to the Windows Task Manager. I do not see the sierrachart.exe file, and it is not running in task manager
