Does Sierra Chart have an indicator that measures ticker tape speed? or the acceleration of bid and ask volume?

We would think that basing chart bars Number of Trades Per Bar would help with this. Refer to:
Chart Settings: Time Period Per Bar / Amount of Data Per Bar (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period menu)

There is also the Bar Duration study that can be used with these bars or any type of bar period:

You could also look at the volume/sec subgraph in the numbers bar calulated values study for bid ask numbers bar. hope it helps
