NISS-NYSE & NISS-NASDAQ Data Discrepancy

Hello, The two tickers mentioned in the title are incorrectly displayed in Sierra Chart. On Sep 22, 2017, at approximately 11:38:00 AM PDT, both ticker started to drop rapidly while other data services have not shown this move. Would you guys please check it out to see if there's any problem regarding these two AD line tickers? These are the symbols which make up the NISS calculation: ADV-NYSE DECL-NYSE By looking at the data for those symbols you can see the calculation is correct. Our best analysis is that the advancing issues and declining issues were close to the unchanged level, and some of them went unchanged, or changed direction and then went back to their prior direction. We have no reason to believe there is any problem here and this only shows once again that other services are providing less accurate information in this regard. Actually looking into this some more, we see the number of unchanged issues went significantly high at that time and higher than expected. We noticed there was an interruption of the source data feed for about 6 seconds at that time and that is what caused it. But why it would cause that, not totally sure. We need to look into that. We now clearly understand why this happened. It relates to the fact that the source data feed was lost for about 6 seconds at that time. We are thinking of a solution.

We cannot change the past historical data because these are calculated values derived off of other values.

So that means if you fixed the data for ADV-NYSE and DECL-NYSE, NISS-NYSE will change also?
