Hi Support, I am not getting bmf real time data since this morning (UMV17, XDV17 etc). It has started around 9am (US EST time). Any issues from your side? Thanks |

We see there was an interruption from 9:26 to 11:59 US Eastern time 2017-09-21. The data feed is now working. This was an issue from our data provider Barchart. Data is still missing. These are the symbols that I'm looking at: X4V17, XDV17, UMV17 and XIV17. I see some inconsistencies with these data starting around 8:30am (US EST). After noon, data is fine. So, better if you can patch data from all morning. Thanks
