Intraday XAUUSD data not loading

I am having problems loading intraday data for Gold XAUUSD. I'm using sierra 1609. All other charts load OK. If I try to view this chart it stalls and can crash my charts and I have to restart Sierra Please advise a solution Many thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-09-20 10:04:07

It sounds as though for that particular chart there is a problem with the chart settings causing high CPU usage. If this chart is part of a Chartbook, then follow the instructions in help topic 30.16: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html#h30.16 Try to remove that chart from the Chartbook or stop using the Chartbook and create a new one.
