hi support team,
i have setup IB as the trading service, and enabled "allowed support for SC data feeds" option. And i have selected the corresponding symbol for IB, say, MHI which is HKFE HSI mini futures. My question is how i may check if it is using SC data instead of requesting data from IB?

Thanks in advance.

You can tell because you will see a [M] after the symbol at the top of the chart. Refer to:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services

Let us know if you see the [M].

hi support team,
As mentioned in previous post, i have setup IB as the trading service, and enabled "allowed support for SC data feeds" option.
it seems to me that the ask/bid volume data are getting through IB instead of SC. As we all know that IB couldn't provide good quality of volume data, how may i ensure to have the volume data coming from SC data feed?

Thanks.

will this delete ALL data including other symbol data & other chart books? or just delete All data of the current symbol in focus? Thanks.

It will just delete and re-download the data for the symbol of the chart.

No [M], but [C]. What does it mean? Thanks.

We needed to set up symbol mapping for this. This is now done.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
