Hello, please, could you help me with enabling Sierra Chart real-time data for my Paper Trading account at Interactive Brokers? If I log in to IB in Data\Trading Services, I get data till time, when I turn on Siera Chart (e.g. I turn it on at 13:10, then I have data only till 13:10). I thought, that I need to buy Sierra Chart Data connection for 5 USD to try it. So I bought it, but still, it doesn't work as expected... I also tried to use SC Data - All trading services, but nothing :( Please, could you help me, how to connect to realtime data feed? Thank you very much and have a nice day! |

Since you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at this time, you need to log into Trader Workstation with your live Interactive Brokers account information and then connect Sierra Chart to Trader Workstation. After that you will begin to receive the real-time CME data. You can then switch back to the paper trading account. So if I will pay 25$/month as is written here - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Data Feed Pricing - I will be able to see realtime data in SierraChart, without any other account need?

No, that is not what it says at all. It says there are exchange fees for real-time data. And some exchange fees require a trading account. That is all clearly clearly stated.
