Just had a general question is this supported with CQG and Rithmic for sierra charts?

This is supported with both CQG and Rithmic. But it needs to be enabled.

In regards to the attached orders when the market closes each day if you are using lets say GTC order type for both the limit and stop will the attached order configuration also still apply in the new session when the market reopens? In other words can you pretty much use attached orders as GTC and keep the OCO in play even after the market closes going into the new session?

Yes. But make sure the Attached Orders are actually set to be Good till Canceled:
