Spreadsheet Trading Strategy not producing live orders

Good morning, One of our senior traders completed a new Fdax strategy on Spreadsheet. The strategy works well on replay but when launched on either the Live or SIM accounts, the trades dont go through...the spreadsheet seems to be working fine. Are we missing a step or line of code?
