i do get the intraday data through other applications. this is duplicated to any other continues contract
would be happy to solve

i am sorry but i don't understand your answer
i am using SC with IQfeed on continues contracts for the last 5 years. and it always worked. what have changed?
i don't have a problem with equities symbols nor i don't have a problem getting continues contracts' historical data based on their iqfeed api (so there is no problem with iqfeed as i can get the data). the problem is when getting it with SC and only for continues contracts
can you pls check again?

hi
thanks for your support but i did follow this instruction guide few years back and nothing changed.
in fact i had no issue till today with this for the last few years
regular symbols are being downloaded by SC with no problem (maft, amzn etc.)
yet, continues futures have a problem
as you can see from the attached screenshot, the iqfeed diagnostic tool is showing the history data for the same symbol (QGC#) as in SC but SC is failing to get the data
this applies to all @ES#,@NE# etc.
so there is no problem with iqfeed but only with SC
pls re advice
