Hello,

I joined the free trial and will use Sierra for data and Interactive Brokers for trades; however, one of the futures contracts I trade, N1U (CBOT 10 yr treasury swap), is not found as a symbol under Global Settings>>Symbol Settings for either SC Data - All Services (not as an outright contract at least...did find it as a spread symbol) or Interactive Brokers (note - this product is tradeable on IB). I also tried to update symbols from server but didn't help.

Would you be able to map N1U to receive data as well as trade via IB as an outright contract?

Thanks,
Darryl

Can you provide us the contract specifications on the Interactive Brokers website for this symbol.

This has now been added for Interactive Brokers. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings

It will be listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures.

Yes, I see it for IB, thank you. However, I do not see it listed for "SC Data - All Services" after updating the global symbols...as mentioned in my first post, I will use IB for trade execution only, and SC data feed for charts, DOM, etc.

Could you please add it for SC data as well?

Thanks,
Darryl

For "SC Data - All Services", the symbol is RQ. We see it was listed in the wrong category though. This is now corrected. Update the Symbol Settings again as explained in post #4 above.

It is listed under File >> Find Symbol >>Futures - Financials.

Also, you can directly access the Sierra Chart historical Data when using Interactive Brokers. Refer to:

OK, thanks. So if I have IB set in "Data Trade/Service Settings" (with "Allow Support for Sierra Data Feeds" checked), and I open a DOM or chart and choose N1U, will the Sierra data feed automatically pull in data using the RQ symbol? If not, please let me know if I need to do something on the client side.

Yes, but historical data only.

For real-time data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:

Yes, I was planning on signing up for your data feed trial, but have a question first...I'm currently with Iqfeed and have the discounted exchange fees for the major CME exchanges. If I sign up with Sierra data feed, I want to keep Iqfeed to compare. Will CME allow me to concurrently get the discounted exchange fees for for two feeds?
