Realtime data feed not working.

Hi, I have enabled realtime data feed and paid for a 1 week demo of Sierra chart real time data. I wast to use Sierra real time data services for data and trade via IB. any help on setting up much appreciated.

Background -
Set location, IB as the broker btw. Also enabled SC data in the software but when I check on real time data, the charts only displays historic data. Tried with Crude, ES min etc, all the same with no real time data feed.

You need to activate one of the CME Group exchange fees. We have done this for you. We activated the one without market depth data.

You should begin to receive real-time data within a few minutes.
