I'm starting to utilize global profit/loss management tool. Profit Trigger Value and Profit Value after Trigger to Flatten Positions are set to 250.00. I have also enabled "Lock after Positions Flattened". Profit value was reached although currently open trades were not flattened and new trades occurred. Profit management: Daily Net P/L = 271.95. Profit value of 250.00 has been met. Positions will be flattened when the Daily Net P/L reaches 250.00. Trade account: U2095424 | 2017-08-18 07:37:46 *

The documentation was not clear on this and we have updated it. Profit Value after Trigger to Flatten Positions needs to be set to at least twice the Profit Trigger Value. The way this is designed, is that the Trade Positions for the symbols for the Trade Account being monitored will not be flattened until the Daily Net Profit/Loss is less than or equal to the Profit Value after Trigger to Flatten Positions. Thx. I will implement this. Also, I see Lock Trading >> Lock for Day in the documentation but not in the actual tool within SC. Has this not been implemented yet?The overall goal is to reach $250.00 total and then flatten and lock all trading for the rest of the trading day. Please confirm all filters are correct in screenshot. Thx |

To have the option to lock trading for the day, you need to update to the current version of Sierra Chart. Please confirm all filters are correct in screenshot. Thx
