Daily chart data on forex faulty

Hi, there seems to be gaps on my daily chart data on the currency pairs, which in turn is not allowing me to see the daily pivots on the intra day timeframes. Can you help or let me know if this is an issue at your end thanks |

Thanks, i have just tried this on one currency pair (euro dollar) and it has rectified the daily chart data, the daily pivots however are still not correct and showing as though they are just an extension of yesterdays pivots?? Also, i have just tried the same process to retrieve the data for other currencies but it doesn't seem to be working on these. Confused! |

the precise problem is that the daily chart data on most of the currency pairs is not working despite the advise you have given me, with the exception of one currency. Cannot say this any clearer. The 'delete and download data' option is not rectifying the issue. I have changed to the primary service server as you suggested, and still nothing. |
