can't open my Sierra account

I access my charts through Interactive Brokers and have had no problem until now. Was using them all morning - left and turned off computer and now I have logged into IB without issue, but when I try to open Sierra it says that it is unavailable and that it was either moved, renamed or removed and I cannot open it at all.
IB says I must contact you - please help me understand what is going on. I have not changed anything - added or moved anything. All I did was close down Sierra and IB as I always do at the close of the market and then reopen them later in the day .. but now it is saying that the program isn't available.
What do I do?
