DTC connection problem - connection to self not allowed

Hi, Just upgraded my platform to 1594. The DTC connection was working in 1580 before. Now I am getting the error. Also restarted the platform to try to fix it. DTC - Sub Instance | Connection error: Connection to self not allowed. | 2017-08-03 08:43:37 I read thru the forum post and somebody else had the same problem and then support said it was fixed. Any help would be appreciated. thank you. |

We need to think of a solution. Give us about a day. For now there are two things you can do. Go back to a prior version. Or move one of the instances of Sierra Chart to a different folder. Make sure you update the Data Files Folder in Global Settings >> General Settings after you do that. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. downgraded to 1580. DTC is working again. hope you come up with a solution soon. thanks! |
