Linking Time and Sales Window

Good afternoon, A little bit like we can link a chart to a quote board, I would like to also link a Time & Sales Window. This doesn't seem to be possible. Am I wrong? Is there a reason why we can't do this? Thank you, |

A Time and Sales window always follows the symbol of the chart it is associated with.

I was trying to do the same, link the Time and Sales window and/or the Market Depth window to a quoteboard. When you click a symbol in the quoteboard it's ideal to have your Trading DOM, Multiple Charts, Time & Sales window, Market Depth etc., all simultaneously change --> with one click. I found out a way to set this up as follows... If you open a Time and Sales Window from within Chartbook and an attached chart, the Time & Sales Window (or Market Depth) won't change with a click on the symbol in the Quoteboard & Linking, however, if you Open the Time & Sales Window from a Trading DOM that is linked to the Quote board it changes with each symbol you click. Thanks for the advice! I did it like this: I opened the chart, then File → Open Trading DOM for Chart, then in the DOM: Chart → Settings → Linking — set a number and Symbol → Yes. Then from the DOM, I opened Time & Sales and Market Depth. Finally, in the DOM: Window → Attach Chart Window… and voilà — the ticker now changes in all windows. |
