Help.. my trades are stuck on the chart

Hello new user here,

I have cxl a trade from the broker's page and now is refusing to dispenser from the sierra chart.( I also had a stop lose and stop profit attached)
All three order are not going anywhere they are visible on the chart however they have been closed long time ago.
I have removed the API and reset all I can find, nothing works.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated?

We have reset the connection to the BitMEX server. But a problem like this should not happen to begin with. We are going to contact BitMEX about this general issue.

The problem is still here I have contacted BitMEX support.
