Price ladder problem

the market price ladder on right side of my chart doesnt show current price. Candles on chart move, but no current price shows on the ladder.

Yes.......i can see the candles moving up or down, and i have the prices on the ladder, but cannot see the current price movement on the ladder

i dont know.......cant see any price movement on the ladder. there must be a setting that i cant find........all of my charts are having this issue.

User called. There is a Mentors 2 Markets study that just has a name "Custom DLL Study", which for reasons not known is hiding the last trade price box. We need to contact them about this to gain a better understanding.
