Chart price display showing incorrectly

I've checked all tick settings, instrument settings, reloaded data, deleted and reloaded, restarted the platform, etc. several times and the pricing is still showing mid ticks like 2427.18 on the ES whose tick size is .25.

It seems it does this every monday, after a weekend. it did last week and it corrected itself. I'm using cqg web api for data. might this be something on their end?

Do you see any incorrect prices there, other than the Bid Ask Average?

is that what it's showing? the bid ask average? how do i get it to stop showing that. i just want to show the current bid or current ask as normal. No i don't see incorrect prices.

No. The chart bars show the actual prices.


Are you noticing the problem at this time? The chart does not appear to have any studies on it. Confirm that is the case.

User called. The problem was Record Bid/Ask Average was enabled in the Global Symbol Settings.
