Only inside bid and offer show on DOM. No other levels shown. OEC is showing all 10 levels.

Rolled back to version 1580 and problem is corrected. Also, when rolling back, installer installed with errors. So, instead went to original download page and reinstalled current version (1580) which works fine.

This would mean that the patch we put in to solve the previous reported market depth problems only made the problem worse. So there is nothing further we can do with Gain Capital/OEC market depth data problems. Regarding the installation errors, we went from version 1582 to 1580 without any errors. For us to know what the problem is we would need to see the Installer Log. This will be in the Logs subfolder in the folder Sierra Chart is installed to.
