Sierra account dormant for a few months. Restarted with payments for real-time access and an exchange. During this process Sierra activated 5-day access although I did not request it. Charting seems to be working fine, but when I log in I get a box telling me my access will expire in 5 days. That's what it says on the Control Panel as well, even though the Transaction Log shows my payment yesterday for 23 (prorated) days of real-time and the exchange payment as well. Looks like the 5-day access I didn't ask for has overwritten my purchase of normal access. Searched the board for info on this but didn't find. Thanks very much for your help. |
