Sierra account dormant for a few months. Restarted with payments for real-time access and an exchange. During this process Sierra activated 5-day access although I did not request it.

Charting seems to be working fine, but when I log in I get a box telling me my access will expire in 5 days. That's what it says on the Control Panel as well, even though the Transaction Log shows my payment yesterday for 23 (prorated) days of real-time and the exchange payment as well.

Looks like the 5-day access I didn't ask for has overwritten my purchase of normal access.

Searched the board for info on this but didn't find. Thanks very much for your help.

You only put enough funds for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which was 62 USD until the end of the month, which is separate, and not for the Sierra Chart service package.
