Hello, I have a little problem. if i want to load historical data for Apple stock from year 2006 to 2011 at bar period 240 min it shows me nothing - only black screen. from year 2012 it works correctly and if i want to load data at 1 day bar period, i will recieve data from 2006 withnout problem. I have the same problem with year 2016. When I fill "USE DATE RANGE" from 2016-01-01 to 2016-12-31 for 240 min bar period it loads data from beginning year of 2016 to date only 2016-05-04, so it is not a full year. thx

The answer to post 1 is that the Intraday data you require is not available. When you set Chart >> Chart Settings >>Use Date Range >> To to 0, then what is the last date in the chart? hello thank you for your response, if I set date range to "to 0" from 2010-01-01 at 240min bar period so the chart starts in 2012-12-27 and it ends in 2017-12-27. how can I get historical data between year 2006 and 2011 for 240 min bar period? I thought that my package5 includes those data We have checked and the Sierra Chart Historical Data includes data back to 2008-05-05 for AAPL.Follow the instructions here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data and it ends in 2017-12-27 This is a future date. There cannot be data available for a future date. Are you at least able to see data to the present time today for the symbol?
