TD Ameritrade DTS w/ SC Data, E6, J6, B6 showing 0 in quoteboard

My Quoteboard works correctly when connect to the SC Data DTS. When connected to the TD Ameritrade DTS the value for E6U17, J6U17, and B6U17 is 0. Is there a way to have the SC Data feed used to update when connected to the TD Ameritrade DTS? These particular symbols are not correct in the case of TD Ameritrade: E6U17, J6U17, and B6U17 is 0.
